my ipad 2 now wont start charging unless the screen is turned off when i plug it in. I thought i had a faulty power cord at first until i figured out what was happening. If the screen is on at all and the the cord is plugged in nothing will happen, no lightning bolt icon, no charging ding nothing. Anyone else having this problem besides me?
