Hi All,
I am receiving read receipt text messages from one contact. I went into my settings and TURNED OFF the "Read Receipts", but I am still receiving multiple text messages from this contact periodically through out the day: "Your message to 1XXX-XXXX has been Read".
How do I STOP these text messages???

You can only control the read receipts you send, not what others send. If that person you are sending to has their read receipt setting enabled, then their device(s) will send a receipt for every iMessage they get and read.
Read receipts, in both internet messaging and email, are always under the control of the person receiving the message. The sender of a message can not control what recipients do with regard to their sending out of read receipts.
