screen contrast and saturation way too high..whats wrong?

On my 2017 macbook pro, that I have had for less than a month..the screen contrast and saturation way too high!!

All display settings are normal, calibration, etc. All color contrast settings are also correctly set up. Yet my saturation and color contrast is super high, little detail, oranges and blacks totally dominate pictures.

Is it a fan issue? Never hear the fan go on, ever, even though the labtop heats up.

Diagnostic shows everything as normal. It is NOT normal!!!!!
