Win10 File Explorer does not show iPhone 5s

I'm trying to down load my pictures to my PC.

The Apple 5e iPhone is connected to my PC using a USB cable.

I open Win10 File Explorer and my Apple 5e iPhone does not appear in the list of connected devices;

Yet I tunes can see the iPhone and allows me to backup and down load play lists.

Help!

Hi,

Here also use Windows 10.

Try the following:

Automatic lock on iPhone >> Never.

Start up Windows Explorer.

Now connect the iPhone to the computer.

Use Apple original cable and connect the iPhone directly to the computer, not via a USB hub.

Make sure iTunes does not start up.
