same issue here....😟
It’s the same in the 12 beta as well sadly. Was down to 2% this morning. Looks to be related to background refresh and app usage in the new OS. The only way to fix it is revert back to 11.3.1
Confirmed that the issue is in 12 beta as well
Apples silence is odd. Looks to be professional ignorance. Or maybe they’re all on summer vacation
I found the silence at Apple chat support to be poor especially when some people reported taking their phones in to be inspected and were told it was a known problem.
I have the same issue. Everything off and 100% reduced to 5% overnight. Just updated to 11.4. I even have a new battery in my phone!
Things are generally looking better on for us on Beta 12.0 too. Both our 6s and SE are having much better battery life since we upgraded. Turning off background app refresh seems to help too.
I have the exact same problem with my iPhone X -- I spoke to apple support and they made me restore my whole phone but yet facing the same issue.
iPhone X. Same issue.
Apple must do something... NOW!
I had the same issue on 6s. Did a restore, tried everything. Only the second ios 12 public beta solved it.
Here you go:

Please. Disable Phone calls on other devices in settings > phone. This will solve the issue

Ha ha! Thanks, miniman. Ace's "advice" reminds me of the time when I was going through a divorce in my late 40's, and my 22-year-old nephew offered to counsel me with all of his life wisdom. 😝
Yeah, the same. Especially from 80 to 30 %. 1-2 hours even if you dont use the iphone
