Honda Link and Apple Carplay Not functioning on 2017 Honda CRV using ios 11.3

6-2-2018 Is there a fix for the Apple Carplay and HondaLink problem of not functioning when starting Honda vehicle? I see alot of complaints from Feb 2018 and later. All was fine when suddenly Carplay icon would not appear on the home screen. I am using ios 11.3.on my iphone 6. I tried changing lightning cables deleting and re installing apps, pairing phones again (bluetooth works), etc. Nothing seems to correct issue. Carplay in the car does not recognize the phone as being compatible.
