.MTS files in High Sierra
I updated to High Sierra recently. I also have Adobe Premiere Elements 2018 which was working fine before I updated to High Sierra. iMovie and Premiere Elements would only import the video portion of the files from my camcorder but not the audio and Quick Time would only play the video. Audio plays fine in VLC. I did a search on the web and discovered that Perian is not compatible with High Sierra. I deleted that and now the files will play audio in iMovie, Quick Time and in the finder. But, if I import them into Premiere Elements 2018, only the video portion of the file is imported. If I had realized this sooner, I would have just gone back to Sierra as everything worked just fine under Sierra. But, I haven't used Premiere Elements since January and I updated to High Sierra quite awhile ago, so going backwards would be a huge problem. Is there a work around so that I can use my .MTS files from my Canon camcorder in Premiere Elements?
