Installed game from GOG.com but can't find it on MBP

I installed Prison Architect from GOG.com after downloading the .pkg file via Google Chrome. It looks to have installed correctly, but I can't find it anywhere on the machine. When I type Prison, Architect, or Prison Architect into the Macintosh HD search bar or Spotlight Search I get a bunch of completely unrelated files and the .pkg installer file, but no game. It didn't offer me the chance to drag it into the Applications folder, and it isn't showing up in any of the places I told it to install (I have now tried to install this game four times, using various things I learned from searching threads).

I'm using OSX El Capitan Version 10.11.6

Processor: 2.5 GHz Intel Core i5

Memory: 4 GB 1600 MHz DDR3

Graphics: Intel HD Graphics 4000 1536 MB

Sorry that it's lengthy, I'm not sure if/how to put it behind a spoiler marker or cut or whatever...

I know I'm not the most tech-savvy person, but I've done as much as I can via Google and honestly I just want to play my game... Can anyone help me at all? I had planned on playing a few different GOG games today but I'm not sure now if any will install correctly. I've set my Security to allow installations from anywhere, too, just in case that was the issue (though it never has been in the past).

Please let me know if there's any more information I can provide that will help, I have a bunch of folders and logs open I'm just not sure which are most relevant and I don't want to flood the box with irrelevant info. I hope this is the right place for this, the last thread I found that was (somewhat) relevant was in another OS forum (Snow Leopard I think) so I thought this would probably be the place to go for mine.
