macbook pro keyboard failure

My MacBook Pro (15-inch, Late 2016 touch-bar) keyboard is failing. The d key constantly registers double presses and the n key often doesn't register at all.

I'm out of warranty by about 6 months but these keyboard issues with the pro touchbar line are clearly a manufacturing fault.

Given there is no Apple Store in Ireland what are my options?
