You're welcome. 🙂
See Apple - Support - Manuals - iPod touch.
See also Backup your iTunes for Windows library with SyncToy to make sure you don't need to go through such a recovery process again.

Just double-checking that you're running SyncStatsPlus.vbs. Is there an error message after the second pass this time if you select the same track on the device?
tt2
yes running same script.. No error but msg display i track did not need updating whereas it require updating
Still not sure what is going on, but I've tweaked things so that only size is taken into account to see if that improves the match rate. Download a fresh copy of the script and try it again.

should I download from this it says last updated 24june 2018.

This one: SyncStatsPlus.

I've added another tweak which should help. Download a fresh copy of SyncStatsPlus and see if this one does a better job.

Thank you, for your time and effort. Best wishes.

Are you manually managing the device or syncing it? At some point I recall that iTunes got funny about copying playlists with mixed content, e.g. music and podcasts, but assuming that isn't the issue then restoring and reloading the device might be the way to go. If you're manually managing it, and don't have all the content in the library, then see Recover media from an iPod to pull everything out into local storage.

Added the same track in Automatically Add to iTunes folder after opening ITUNE, went back to check the folder there is a file which says not added and same mp3 track in it.
Pls advise which script and how to find below. I checked getinfo and Syncstat script but unable to find.
You could locate what is currently line 408 in the script that reads:
Signature=LCase(.KindAsString & "\" & .BitRate & "kbps\" & .SampleRate & "Hz\" & .Size & "bytes\" & .Duration & "secs")
and edit it to read:
Signature=LCase(.ModificationDate & "\" & .Size & "bytes\")
I ran the script to clear duplicate tracks , tracks got cleared. But then I thought to start over again. Deleted full library and took the IPOD Classic F00-F49 files and copied as per ur first instruction Got the full library again, with many tracks in codes, then run syncstat which dispalyed all tracks ok. But when I checked again some tracks having codes. Not all fixed.Tried one by one then its working with some but not working with some see below info of track which is not working with syncstat

1. Now I will copy tracks in my new IPOD touch, I wish it to fall as per track Artist name and Album name.
The data that is in your library is what should be copied to your device.
2. Im copying some track from my Ext hard drive to Ipod touch How do I prevent such track for getting copied in Itune Library?
You've just experienced how difficult it can be to recover data from an iPod or other Apple device. You should add all of your media to your iTunes Library, back up that library to another drive for security, then sync your media to your device.
