Apple pay wants me to pay double for a purchase i made 1 months ago

So 1 month ago i bought something on the game so called Clash of clans. Which cost here in sweden 109kr. The purchase went good and the money got taken from my bank account and i got the thing i paid for. But know that i need to update this game or just download any other apps, i can't because apple wallet wants me to add the money to the apple wallet. Which wasnt anything they told me when i paid for the thing for 109kr. I don't want to pay for something that i already paid for. So i need help with this because i cant download or update any apps.

They are not asking you to pay again. They are asking you to update your payment method. There is something there that's causing a problem. Until you update the payment method, you won't be able to download anything, even if it's free.

If your payment method is declined, or you have a billing issue with a previous purchase in the iTunes Store - Apple Sup…

And yes the game is playable i can play it on my ipad with the same account but diffrent apple ID.

There's the problem. Any item purchased through the App Store belongs only to the account it was purchased under. When you try playing it under a different account, you've downloaded the game with a completely different ID. That account has no knowledge of the game ever being paid for.

In order to pay for any App Store item once, you must login with the same Apple ID and password it was purchased under on every device you own. You can have up to 5 devices sharing the same user account.

So the only problem is my credit card?

If you're not yet 18, how did you get a credit card on your Apple account in the first place?

But, no. You don't have to start a new account. By updating the information, we mean a case such as the credit card currently attached to your wallet has expired. All credit cards have a drop dead date on them. For example, yours may have been something like 04/18. Meaning, after the end of April this year, the card would no longer be any good.

Unless you cancel the card entirely, the issuer would send you a new card at least a couple of months before the old one expires. That card will have the exact same account number, and typically a date that is three or four years further out. So, it would have an expiration date of something like 04/21. That's all you need to update for your wallet; the new expiration date for the same account number.

No, you don't want to start a new ID. That guarantees you will lose everything you purchased under the previous one. Well, not lost since you'll still be able to login to it. But then you'd have to keep switching back and forth.

If there is a Clash of Clans 2, then yes, you have to pay for it. Because of the App Store rules, the author can change an app you've purchased as much as they want, but they can't charge you for any of the additions or changes. In order to make money on a major change, they have to release it under a different name. As such, it's a new and different app you have to pay for.

I can tell you how the U.S. App Store works for users (purchasing, etc.), but I don't know how the Swedish App Store works. I can only guess if you balance is zero, then it's pretty clear you need to add more funds before you can purchase anything else. How that affects free apps, I don't know, either.

Lastly, you posted in the Apple Pay within Apps forum. Can I assume you mean you want to purchase items within Clash of Clans? If so, Apple has nothing to do with that. The vendor decides what items are In-App Purchases. You pay for those over and above the original cost of the app.

Okay, why do you think you're paying twice? Does the game still work? What is asking for a payment? Is a box popping up during the game when you click something? I have more questions, but am not going to spend my time listing everything I can think of.

It isn't possible to answer your question without knowing exactly what it is you're referring to.

User uploaded fileHere is a picture of what it tells me. The red text above says: "This payment card cant be used because it's not available, please use another card to your apple ID. But iknow its the right information. I have already paid for this thing in the game. The game is free but i bought some stuff INSIDE the game. And the only thing i can do is to pay again. But i dont have money right now and i wont be able to have my ipad everywhere.

The Clash of clans account is not connected to my apple ID the Clash of clans (CoC) account is connected to my gmail. It's only my card that is the problem it's nothung with the game. I went to apple in my town and they said that they couldnt help me.. But my old account was not connected to this same apple ID so i got it from my ipad but i just want it on my iphone 6s Plus again.

The Clash of clans account is not connected to my apple ID the Clash of clans (CoC) account is connected to my gmail.

This appears to be the missing information. Clash of Clans is available through the App Store, and Google Play.

From this, would it be correct to say you originally purchased the game through your Google Gmail account via their Google Play store?

If this is correct, then yes, you would have to pay for it again in order to play it on your iPad or iPhone. That is, if you acquire the game through the App Store. The App Store and Google Play are not connected in any way. Playing Clash of Clans through a copy of the game acquired from the App Store would most likely result in starting over as a new player.

Instead, login to your Google Play account from your iPhone so you are using the game through the store you purchased it from. That way, you should be able to continue through with your In-App purchases intact.

Full disclosure, I'm just making logical sounding guesses here. I have never purchased anything through Google Play, so I don't know how their system works.
