Apple pay wants me to pay double for a purchase i made 1 months ago

So 1 month ago i bought something on the game so called Clash of clans. Which cost here in sweden 109kr. The purchase went good and the money got taken from my bank account and i got the thing i paid for. But know that i need to update this game or just download any other apps, i can't because apple wallet wants me to add the money to the apple wallet. Which wasnt anything they told me when i paid for the thing for 109kr. I don't want to pay for something that i already paid for. So i need help with this because i cant download or update any apps.

I went through everything. But if they dont mention that i am supposed to put money in my spple wallet why do they do that know? So i have to pay twice

Ill show you pictures of whats comming up. Its in swedish but ill try to translate it for you. And yes the game is playable i can play it on my ipad with the same account but diffrent apple ID.

Can't help with that one. I've never used Apple Wallet, so I have no idea how it works.

Do i only have to update my credit card or do i have to get w whole new one because im entering the same card information as my card says. Everything is correct and i can pay with my card in stores and everything but it stills says it's unavailable information

Then it's back to what I mentioned earlier. You're trying to play the same game under a different Apple ID than it was purchased under. You can't do that and expect your purchases to appear. You MUST login to the same account any purchases were made under.

It's asking you to pay again because you're not logged into the same account. As far as the App Store is concerned regarding the other account, you've never paid for it.
