How do I know if I actually have Applecare?

So I tried to purchase the AppleCare online and it told me to put my serial number from my phone and it has a check ✅ on “Repairs and Service Coverage” and Right after it doesn’t let me purchase the AppleCare, the only Options I have is either to go back or to learn more, so what does it really mean?

That iPhone appears to be outside the 60-day period to buy AppleCare+. Unless you’re in a country where Apple still sells AppleCare for iPhones, or Apple says otherwise, you can’t buy it.
