MacBook Pro (13-inch, Late 2011) Running VERY slow

Started awhile ago, but just getting down to troubleshooting this. Doesn't seem to have started from any particular source. I do have 3rd party (crucial) RAM installed, but it didn't seem to be causing issues after install. Etrecheck report below. Any advice/suggestions are appreciated!

Nothing immediately jumps out at me. You are using a slow 5400rpm HDD and 70% of its capacity is filled up. You can try moving some old files to an external drive to free up more space and see if that helps. I would suggest buying this:Amazon.com: Samsung 860 EVO 500GB 2.5 Inch SATA III Internal SSD (MZ-76E500B/AM): Computers & Accessories for $123 or the 1TB version for $240. You really need an SSD if you want great performance. There are many guides online that explain everything. It is easy to do. It will dramatically improve the performance of your machine more than RAM. High Sierra is just much more demanding than OS X Lion which this machine probably came with.

It is even possible to pull the Superdrive burner and add a 2nd SSD for even more storage as SSD prices keep falling.

I would also uninstall Flash Player. It's not necessary and you can just use Chrome for Flash.
