10.13.5 Color Issue / Flickering Monitor

After 10.13.5 Update Have issue with color settings. The Grey becomes brown. It's like GIF quality. Also image is flickering. Happens time to time.

Tried:

Full reinstall 10.13.5

NVRAM reset

SMC reset

with another user - same issue

Safe mode
