I changed to new hard drive recently, and trying now to install MacOS, I press CMD + R for internet recovery, it load for few minutes then 2103F error appear
I’m connecting to internet through a wire, not WiFi ! and still getting that error
Any recommendation would be really appreciate it

Internet Recovery— The requirements for your Wi-Fi network are not met.

by the way, internet recovery is... I recommend using a wired connection.
option + command + r should work. power off. hold down option + command + r key. power on. wait to see icon.
