Music not downloading.

In the past, I had all of my Apple Music library downloaded on my iPhone, but I recently deleted all of it. Now I wanted to redownload all of my music but whenever I press the download button on a song, it looks like it downloads the song but as soon as it finishes, a loading circle appears and stays there in an infinite loop. If I tap on it, it shows the download button again.

The music doesn’t appear in my Music settings as it just says there is Zero KB are used by downloaded music.

I’m on an iPhone X with the latest update (iOS 11.4) and have tried force rebooting and the issue wasn’t fixed.

Update: I’ve also noticed another issue. Whenever I try to add a song to my library, it seems as if it works for a few seconds and then the add button comes back, and it doesn’t seem as if the song was ever added to my library.
