I‘m having problems with the dock interfering and crashing my app on my iPad Mini. I create vector drawings with ‘Graphic App’ and every time I‘m near the bottom of the screen the dock swipes up and crashes my program. It’s so annoying! I want to delete or permanently disable the dock.

Do you allow "Access Within Apps"? In Settings > Control Center, turn it off, if it is on.
Thank you for your help RIFerrarr. I do not see an ‘Access Within Apps’ option in the Control Center. I have created a screenshot to show you what my options are.
I think the option is missing!
I tried that before, but it didn't work. Thank you so much for your help. 🙂 Hopefully, Apple will fix the dock app crashing problem in a future update.

Hopefully, the developer of the app will fix it so that it doesn't crash during normal operation of the device. You should definitely let them know what's happening.
Look in Settings > General > Multitasking & Dock, and try disabling Gestures? Other than that, I'm out of suggestions. Good luck.
