Can't physically login to Tumblr on Safari

Hi, so I've been having this problem for awhile and I really need help.

As you can see from the images below I can not physically type in my information (it's supposed to be in that white bar/stripe) and that blue box is supposed to be the next button. However clicking on them does nothing and if I try to enter my email to login and press enter it just opens a new window again.

Another person had a similar problem, but their answer was to simply zoom in. But As you can see that clearly didn't work with me and it just gave me a bigger stripe, instead of a bar...

Try setting up another admin user account to see if the same problem continues. Also try the Safe Mode.
