How do I tell homekit that a light switch is controlling a light

When I tell Siri to turn on all lights in my house, she'll turn on all of my smart bulbs, but not the smart switches (which in my case most control regular bulbs, but I also have switches that control other stuff too)

How can I tell Siri which switches are lights? (I have named them all as lights but it doesn't help.)

iPhone 7, iOS 10.3.2

Unfortunately to get at the individual items you need to 3d press the light, then go to edit, then accessories. Then you can control them individually.

I also don't think that I can put a light into multiple groups.

And, even if there's a way to do both of the above, when grouping lights it doesn't seem to allow me to pick other objects (Switches) in the same group.
