The two processes, soagent & callservicesd, are used by the Messages app on your MacBook Pro. Both are being called excessively and are causing high CPU usage. Typical reasons for slow performance and the beach balling you are seeing.

I would suggest that you double-check the messaging accounts that you have set up with the Messages app. If you are using more than one, temporarily disable all of them, and then, see if the beach balling stops. Then add them back, one account at a time to see which may be the culprit.

A couple more things you can try:

  1. Start by creating a new user account. Log out of the existing account, and then, log in with the new account. Run the report again. You don't need to post it. Just look to see if there is any overall improvement. If there is, then you know the issue resides with the original account and further troubleshooting will be required to determine the culprit(s). If it doesn't, then go on to the next step.
  2. At this point, we need to look to see if the MBP's hardware may be the culprit. I suggest starting by resetting the notebook's SMC and NVRAM, and then, running the Apple Hardware Test (AHT):
  3. If no hardware issues are found, the last step would be to backup or clone the existing MBP's system drive. Then perform a "clean" install of macOS. Run the report again. Again, you don't need to post it, just look to see if there is a performance improvement ... there should be. Assuming that there is, you can selectively install any required apps and restore any data from the backup.
