iPhone turning off automatically

If i let my iPhone X sit there for like a minute, the screen will get darker then it will turn off... anybody know how to get to this setting ?

My iPhone XR has the screen visible when is off i have a iPhone XR and when I turn it off sometimes it’ll go a bit darker but I can still see my screen and even when I hit the turn off button or volume button they don’t work, it still turns off in a second though, do you have any answers and could it mean some part of my phone is hacked or is it nothing to worry about? Phone screen going dark I have an iPhone 11 that in the past two days has started turning down the brightness automatically to the point where I can barely read the screen. I don't know if there is a fix for this or if it's a sign that my phone is starting to die already. If anyone has any solutions to stop this from happening please let me know. My phone is not even two years old yet so it shouldn't be dying already.

Go to Settings/Display&Brightness/Auto lock and tap on the time shown. In the next window you can set a new time setting for the Auto Lock feature or choose "Never". After that, tap on "Back" in the upper left corner to close these settings.
