Purchased iTunes music wont show up on my phone

on my iPhone4 I purchased a Micheal Jackson album and some other songs. However when I got my new phone I suppose some of the songs didn’t transfer because 6 of the songs on the album won’t show up in my library but all the other songs I purchased did show up I tried syncing on my laptop and that didn’t work and yes I updated it and I checked to see if it was on my old phone and it isn’t there either whenever I physically look up the song it says it’s purchased. However when I go to the purchased section on my account it doesnt show up. So can someone please help me get my music back
