Video in camera roll keeps reappearing

Hello,

2 days ago I screenrecorded a multiple slide post on instagram because I thought taking screenshots of the separate pictures would take too much space. I sent my friend the video, but now copies of the video keep on reappearing in my camera roll even after deleting it over and over again. Today I had 68 copies of the same video! I don’t know how to fix it and it’s stressing me out. I turned off everything in iCloud photosharing already and even tried restarting my phone by holding the power button and the home button until the phone shuts down, but so far nothing has worked.

Yes, I turned off iCloud photo library and stream. Deleting it out of the cloud didn't work, but after reinstalling Instagram the video was finally gone. I guess the mistake was in Instagram and not in my phone.

I sent in Instagram via direct messages. I found out that reinstalling Instagram solved it and now the video isn't reappearing anymore. I turned off all of my cloud photostreams as well.
