png images lose transparency?

I have transparent png logos to add to iPhone X images. However, when I move them from my MacBook Pro to iPhone X they are no longer transparent but in a white box. How do I get transparant images on the iPhone?

iphone se images will show on mac photos but will not open as it tells me the pic is a video. Have tried taking photos with LIVE off on the iphone but they still do not open as a pic on my mac Images taken on my new iphone se are visible on photos on my mac but I cannot open them. An exclamation mark is shown. After looking online it seems that iphone se 2020 takes every photo as a video. Even if I switch off LIVE on the iphone they still will not open when I click on them in photos on the mac. How can I get around this? The images show up on iphoto on the mac and can be opened. This is a VERY frustrating feature of the new iphone se.

The lack of options for viewing and using transparent ”raw”/*.png/etc.-images, since the iOS 13 Update Hello! Before the update to iPad OS 13, I had no problem watching, using or creating transparent *.png files. Since the update, the only location where I can view the images as transparent, is in the files section. If it only was in the photo gallery section that the images were “dumbened” down to images with a white background, it would make no difference to me; but since it affects the photo editing apps where the iPad has been useful to me and many others, I find it sort of annoying. Will there be an update that adjusts this issue, or should I get used to having to find complicated saving procedures for managing my *.png-files in the future?
