No cellular signal on Apple Watch Series 3
Can‘t make calls or text with watch when away from my phone. How can I fix this?

On the Watch, go to Settings>Cellular and make sure that your carrier is connected. Then when away from the phone, go to Control Center on the Watch and make sure that you have cellular signal before you attempt to make a call.
