Connect MacBook to Belkin Thunderbolt 3 Express Dock HD

When I connect my MacBook (with a built in Thunderbolt port) to Belkin Thunderbolt 3
Express Dock HD by a thunderbolt cable, a message showed on MacBook – “Cannot
Use Thunderbolt Accessory, Thunderbolt accessory are not supported on this Mac.”
Are there any solution?
