Safari on Ipad reverts to the old google layout

Hi, this is a problem I'm having on my iPad Pro when I open up safari.

My iOS is 11.4 which I believe is up to date.

I'm not sure how to fix it, I've seen that this problem has cropped up before on here when I was looking for a fix. I tried the suggestions on them which was closing down safari and then going into settings and clearing my history and website data however, that didn't work.

Any help but be great or any ideas.

that looks like desk top mode...

confirm ios version and build at settings>general > about

change primary search engine to yahoo (for testing)

clear history and data

setting > safari > advanced >web site data - remove all web site data

still no change

settings > general > reset > reset all setting
