iPhone X dropped around 3 feet and rattling sound can be heard after when shaked.

So, earlier this morning, I was at the lab and when I went to get my phone, it slipped and fell to the ground. It has a clear silicone case on and when I checked it, it has no scratches or cracks or anything but I do hear some rattling sound inside when I shake it. I'm not sure if I heard it before but I'm getting worried now. I hope you'll help me with this. Thank you so much
