Dual Monitors Setup with Macbook pro 2017

I have a Macbook pro 2017 + Dell D3100 docking station + 2 24" Monitors + Type C Dongle. I am trying to have single cable multiple display setup.

Both monitors are hooked to the docking station using HDMI & DisplayPort, USB from Docking station hooked to the Dongle. The two external monitors are not independent i.e. I am not able to extend to the two monitors. I am able to extend Macbook with the external monitors but both external monitors are mirrored than being extended independently between them. I am hoping for 3 independent screens(incl. macbook screen).

I also tried the latest display link driver for Mac, but no avail. Also, the screen rotation option is missing for the two screen, although I could certainly do the same using my windows laptop with ease. Wondering what am I doing incorrectly here?

MacBook Pro with Retina display, macOS High Sierra (10.13.4)
