Under Warranty Support

I have bought MacBook Air which is now two months old. Yesterday It met with an accident and the trackpad got damaged and the bottom case of the MacBook Air got damaged too. Since it is still under warranty for 10 more months, am I eligible for a replacement of new MacBook Air from Apple or will I be given a free repairs of the damaged parts?

MacBook Air, macOS High Sierra (10.13.4)

Unfortunately, you are not eligible for replacement, and you will have to pay for repairs/parts. According to: Apple - One Year Limited Warranty - Worldwide

"EXCLUSIONS AND LIMITATIONS

This warranty does not apply:

(b) to damage caused by accident, abuse, misuse, flood, fire, earthquake or other external causes"
