Mac Mail app not working with Yahoo mail after High Sierra update

Updated Mac OS from El Capitan to High Sierra and now Yahoo Mail does not work.

MacBook Pro (Retina, 15-inch, Late 2013), macOS High Sierra (10.13.5)

I understand you are having issues with your Yahoo email account since updating to macOS High Sierra on your MacBook Pro.
Can you provide some additional information about your specific issue?
Are you able to send and receive messages from any other email service providers on your MacBook Pro?
If you can’t send or receive email on your Mac
Are you able to send and receive messages from your account on Yahoo's website (web based email)?
Has Yahoo made any changes to their email account settings?

Mail settings you might need from your email provider
If this is an IMAP email account, you may be able to delete the account from your MacBook and add it again.
