Trying to disconnect a bluetooth heart rate monitor. Previous app no longer available and want to connect it to a different app. Bluetooth settings will not "forget device". It keeps connecting.

no. there are several resets. resetting the network means resetting the wifi, cellular and bluetooth and usually helps.
