Bluish spots on my MacBook Pro screen

It is definitely hardware issue, spots always can be noticed and it is getting worse. Unfortunately my warranty expired. In similar topics people say that it happens if you left your screen with highest brightness and static image for a long period of time. I am sure I have never done that. This blue spots become more and more distinct every day.

How to prevent this from happening?
