Outlook and OneNote Apps not loading on iPad 6th generation

just purchased an iPad 6th generation and Office 365. Was able to download word, xcel, and PPT but not Outlook or One Note. Anyone else having this problem. Is there a fix.

iPad (6th gen) Wi-Fi, iOS 11.4.1
