OSX High Sierra: Option+click in Finder stopped working when I upgraded to 10.13.5. For example, I need two finger click to "Move Item to Trash" in the Finder. Any idea how to fix this or turn it back on? Option key still works for other uses, not broken.

I think you meant control-click in replace of two-finger tap to access the secondary Finder menu containing the Move to Trash item.

What is supposed to happen when you option-click in finder?
I installed a system update and it started working again.
