My aplletv after I set it up in a LG 4K and did a test in the video settings (appletv chose 4k) the image looks like with little gray.. and it’s not full perfect hd :/
If you put the pictures together you gonna see the problem.
The gray picture is how it look like with 4K HDR... shoudn't be like that :/
I changed the HDMI cable and everything... maybe is my TV I just bought it. I used my AppleTV in a Samsung and it worked well... so maybe...

From the images you have provided, the image seems to be normal. However, it may be hard for you to capture image discrepancies such as this one on camera. Try changing your color settings in Settings > Video and Audio > Chroma, once there you can begin to play around with colors and find the option that works best with your TV. Otherwise, I would advise checking your HDMI cable in the Video and Audio menu in settings. If your cable is not compatible, I would advise purchasing another HDMI cable as that may be the cause of your issue.
