Ipod playlist

I created a playlist that shows up on my computer but it wont show up on my ipod. Everything is updated, I tried syncing it but it still not showing. Can someone help

See Sync your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch with iTunes on your computer using USB - Apple Support. Did you update the sync selections on the device's music tab?
