after updated to IOS 11.4.1 my iphon 6s is not connecting with wifi... it connects for a min and drops off and i have to connect again.. plz need help thanks

From what I’ve read and previously experienced you could try “Forget this Network” under your WiFi Settings then reconnect again, “Resetting Network Settings”, reboot both your iPhone and your Router and last try the other wireless section if dual band.
With respect to the bands, if you usually use 5Ghz then try 2.4Ghz, but also try turning 5Ghz completely off as well, in others words you turn a dual band into a one band unit.
ps. It appears the latest iOS 11.4.1 has introduced this issue for some and will probably require Apple to fix in a future update, so above are just temporary “work around”.

Just stumbled upon this yesterday. Apparently some logic boards on the iPhone 8 could have been defective and Apple has issued a free repair service. https://www.apple.com/support/iphone-8-logic-board-replacement-program/
So this must be an issue on just the iphone 8, still waiting for my replacement iPhone8... This all started with an apple technician breaking my original device while trying to replace a faulty battery.
I am struggling to understand why it is taking Apple so long to rectify this issue. Surely it is known what changes were made in iOS11.4.1 which are responsible. The simplest option would be to re-issue the version of iOS11 which worked perfectly before this whole debacle and then not make the same mistake again in future updates!

Don’t think there is any point, Apple are no longer signing iOS 11.4, let alone anything earlier, so unfortunately we can’t go back now.

Tried the beta and ios 12 beta 3 gives me the same problem.
Apple silence on this problem is deafening, android is looming had enough of there **** service over the years.
Well, I do not use Virgin Media, and I started having issues immediately after upgrading to 11.4.1, so I am pretty sure Apple owns this issue.
I have exactly the same issue on my iphone 6s+. Tried the so called solution, still the same.
DON´T put it in to repair!!!
That´s what they tell everybody, me too.
If it really works with 12 Beta - I can wait for IOS 12.
IOS 12 beta 3 has the same problem so good luck with that.
