Why do I have to use speakerphone on voice calls?
I have an iPhone X with iOS 11.4.1.
I have recently noticed that if I do not use my airPods (which I almost always do), that I have to use speaker to have any audio during a phone call. I have not found any change to settings to restore the capability of using the normal iPhone setting in a phone call. I prefer not to reset my phone to factory as suggested by several tips sites. I will either use speaker setting or my airPods before I resort to resetting to factory, but if anyone knows a way to recover the ability to use the normal iPhone audio in a phone call -- I'd be grateful.
