How do I remove Brave from my Mac

There is no App in the Application browser. There is an icon on my desktop which I can drag to the trash. However, it reappears every time I start my MacBook Pro...

I can't find "Brave" in any of the files... Help!

chrome & brave browser - continue where you left off not working Hi everyone Very new to macOS, on a Macbook air M1 with monterey. I've installed Chrome and Brave browsers, and can't get the "Continue where you left off" option to work.. (It's the option to return to the exact same tabs one has open after having closed and relaunched the browser.) I am not sure if I have caused this myself, as I installed an app called redquits (http://www.carsten-mielke.com/redquits.html) at one point which made the red button fully quit an app - to "mimic" the windows functionality. I have since uninstalled it, but the issue remains. I have also tried creating a new admin user erasing & resetting the entire system reinstalling monterey completely (the recovery method with starting the laptop with the power button pushed) The issue remains. Can someone please help me get this functionality back? Many thanks!

how do you remove the brave browser Brave froze up on me. I can pull up the brave app and see my tabs on top but I can't click on anything, do clear history , type in the search bar etc. I tried quitting the app in the dock below but it won't close. I tried to shut down the computer but it wouldn't & didn't say way. But I think cause Brave is still open. How do I fix this OR do I need to uninstall the whole app from my computer. HOW do I do that and make sure it is out of my system. I may try and re install it later. Very frustrating. Thanks.

See if you can find the file(s) using one of these programs. If you go Finder/View/Show Path Bar, it will show you where it is located.
