Some of my apps randomly deleted?

I have an iPhone 6s and it wasnt unusual for me when it died at around ten percent, as some older phones do. I quickly plugged it in and fell asleep before it turned back on. When I woke up I went to go on YouTube, which is one of my most frequently used apps and it wasn’t there. I was very confused because I looked at my phone and I had 3 other apps missing that I also frequently used, one of which was the App Store so now I cannot download the apps again. If the App Store was still on my phone it would be no big deal but does anyone know how I can get it back?

Check Settings > General > Restrictions to see if you've hidden the App Store app ('Installing Apps' set 'off') and if you've also hidden some of your downloaded apps by setting an app age rating
