how do i delete mac tonic from my mac?

shut down and boot into safe mode

Use safe mode to isolate issues with your Mac - Apple Support

delete the tonic application in your Macintosh HD/Applications folder

if found delete any additional components of the application in

Macintosh HD//Library/Preferences

Macintosh HD//Library/StartUpItems

Macintosh HD//Users/<current user>/Application Suppport

from the finder go to "Go"

hold down OPTION

go to Library in the drop down

if found delete any additional components of the application in

/Application Support

/Preferences

go to 

go to System Preferences

go to Users & Groups

click the active account

unlock the panel with your administrative credentials

go to Login Items

if found delete any additional components of the application by highlighting them and pressing the "-" icon.

then reboot normally.

Try Malwarebytes. There's a free version available.

If that doesn't sort it then download and run EtreCheck, created by one of own colleagues here in ASC. It is a diagnostic tool that's very useful to us in finding problems. It should show us where Mac Tonic is installed. After it runs post the log file here. It will contain no personal information.
