Saving Downloaded Applications

Im thinking of factory reseting my iphone 6. and im wondering if there is a way for the applications ive downloaded (facebook, messenger, ig, spotify, free games, etc) to be 'saved' on my mac or itunes so that when the resetting is done i dont have to download these apps again anymore coz my data connection is kind of limited this month.

iPhone 6, iOS 11.1

No, not with the way things have worked since iOS9 and other changes made in the past year. Apps have to be re-downloaded directly from Apple and are no longer managed with iTunes. The exception might be if you have any apps that were backed up to your computer many years ago. Those can be copied to the device, but that probably won't apply to the majority of what you have on an iPhone 6.

Apple removed app management starting with iTunes 12.7. Read the second document on various ways to do this including using an older iTunes and manually installing ones already on your computer.

Additionally, this kind of re-downloading has to be done over wi-fi and not with a data connection, at least the extent to which a data connection usually means a cellular data plan.
