Apple can't tell me who to deal with and who not to deal with when it comes to my property. Is there anything else to add regarding the original issue posted up top?

But, Apple can decide who can have access to the App Store and to the features of the iOS software (which you do not own).

Is there anything else you can add, something I may like to know for the purpose of being informed?

Discuss the matter with TapJoy. Do internet searches of your own.

TapJoy is a marketing company specializing in converting everyday users of apps in to consumers. They do this by helping app makers convert free play customers in to pay-to-play customers. Unsavory or not, I've not experienced bad results with them. Money motivated as they may be, a conspiracy for profit is far from my mind. I only want to know about my device ID from this forum. Have you anything else to add?

I never said anything about who you can or cannot deal with. And I do not speak for Apple - none of the other users here do. But Apple certainly does have the legal right to choose who’s products they will or will not sell in their virtual store front.

Apple also does not control what or how other independent companies operate nor the products they produce. If you have an issue with a TapJoy App, then TapJoy is the one to contact about that.

Apple merely markets software for clients. They don’t make those products nor do they control the companies that do. All Apple can do is decide who and what products they will choose to sell in their store.
