But, Apple can decide who can have access to the App Store and to the features of the iOS software (which you do not own).
Is there anything else you can add, something I may like to know for the purpose of being informed?
Discuss the matter with TapJoy. Do internet searches of your own.
TapJoy is a marketing company specializing in converting everyday users of apps in to consumers. They do this by helping app makers convert free play customers in to pay-to-play customers. Unsavory or not, I've not experienced bad results with them. Money motivated as they may be, a conspiracy for profit is far from my mind. I only want to know about my device ID from this forum. Have you anything else to add?

I never said anything about who you can or cannot deal with. And I do not speak for Apple - none of the other users here do. But Apple certainly does have the legal right to choose who’s products they will or will not sell in their virtual store front.
Apple also does not control what or how other independent companies operate nor the products they produce. If you have an issue with a TapJoy App, then TapJoy is the one to contact about that.
Apple merely markets software for clients. They don’t make those products nor do they control the companies that do. All Apple can do is decide who and what products they will choose to sell in their store.
I don't know why your search is not working. Try Tap Sports Baseball: 2018 in the AS.

Yes, I did. It doesn't show up in the U.S. App Store.
Then try, MLB Tap Sports Baseball 2018

Lawrence has answered the question to my satisfaction. I don't really need to download an app.
Best of luck.
This is something you're going to have to address with them, should you wish to continue your relationship with a company you acknowledge isn't reputable.

I use an app called Tap sports Baseball: 2018 and in the game there is an independent contractor named Tapjoy and it provides offers that, once completed, a user can acquire in-game currency. They're saying that there's a problem identifying my device ID and that I'm in eligible to redeem some offers.
