hinge marks on MacBook Pro 13" 2017 after just two months
I finally upgraded my unmarked long serving Mid 2012 i7 MacBook Pro 13" and went with the 2017 i7 model (the week before they announced the i9...thanks Apple you got me again 😉 )
impressed with its speed and lightweight...
Like another forum post, I'm not so impressed with the reliability of the case material.
Mines kept in a padded Crumpler sleeve, inside my padded SwissGear Laptop backpack when on the move, just like my previous MBP. However only after a week I noticed a corner dent had appeared but more alarmingly I'm noticing hinge marks on the upper case (which seem to be getting worse)
Disappointed in myself for somehow damaging my new MacbookPro 😠 I'm a little more concerned about these hinge marks. I def don't carry the device by the screen, or push the screen back further than is necessary.
Just wondered if anyone else is experiencing these marks on the upper cases of the newer space grey MacBook Pros/MacBooks?
