Dealing with this issue as well.
I sent Podcast Support the following email on Monday.
Good morning,
I recently called Apple Support, and I have also scoured the internet for a solution to this issue to no avail.
I'm trying to access iTunes Connect so that I can submit my podcast for review, but each time I log-in I'm brought to the iTunes Connect dashboard for getting started, then I click on Podcast Providers, and then it brings me to another login. After I log in, I'm back where I started at the dashboard. The loop just doesn't end.
Please help. Soon. I know many others face this issue, and it's sad that a trillion dollar brand does not seem to be giving any attention to this simple bug. I have been told that Apple is aware, but this has been an ongoing issue for months for many users, and having to wait this length of time for a simple bug fix is ridiculous.
Several hours later, I received this response.
Thank you for contacting Podcast Support.
We're aware of the issue that you have reported, and we're working to resolve it as soon as possible.
Please try to login again later. If the issue persists, you may respond to this email for a status update.
If you have additional questions related to this request, please reference case number 100606466190.
Best regards,
Christina
Apple Inc.
Needless to say. They're "working on it" even though we already knew they've been working on this issue since February.
Oh, and I've been trying to log in every day since with no success whatsoever. The loop never ends.
My question is, when does "working on it" become "we've got a solution" or "we're going to roll out an update in a day or two to fix this problem"?
And I'll be honest, to me the most frustrating part of this is the money involved.
I personally am able to have my podcast hosted at next to no cost, but there are people out there with this problem who have money riding on this. And it's sad that these folks are going to end up losing money because "the trillion dollar brand" can't perform this bug fix.
