Apple has my Macbook Pro for keyboard repair for 3 weeks. What should i do?
I gave my laptop to Apple for Keyboard issue 3rd week of July and so far I havenot heard from them. I gave the laptop through Hardin Computers, Arlington, TX. They said to contact Apple for the repair update. I contacted their customer service but all they could update me was that the repair is in progress through an apple link.
All of my work has been hampered since initially i was told it would take no longer than 4-6 days. Its been over 3 weeks. Can i do anything about this? Anyone can help?
