I have charged my case up to full health and when I put my phone in the case it doesn’t not charge, even when I plug in my cable to the case charger it still doesn’t not work. I have tried restarting my phone a few times and making sure my case was fully charged. I don’t want to have to get a new one if I can fix the problem.

Follow these steps. Try again after each step:
- Unplug your Lightning to USB cable from power, and then plug it back in.
- If your iPhone is attached to the case, remove it and then reattach it.
