Since you did not read any part of the 116 pages here, you need to do this: https://support.apple.com/en-us/HT204306
If your phone is saying connect to iTunes it is probably too late to get your photos off of it. If you did any one of the following your photos are recoverable:
If you did none of these you will have to restore your phone using iTunes. If you have ever synced your phone to iTunes you may be able to make a backup of the phone before restoring it. See-->If your Apple ID is locked or disabled - Apple Support
